Dancing is an extraordinary form of expression which allows us to connect and relate to the world through feelings and emotions, and Tango, more than any other form of dance, achieves this connection and emotional satisfaction.
It is the only dance that fulfills a social role by helping establish interpersonal relationships, free from linguistic barriers and conditions such as age, or prior knowledge. No matter where you are, there is always a Milonga you can join to meet new people and make new friends with whom to share your passion for Tango.
The Beginners’ level is one of my favorite levels, since participants are like a blank piece of paper: word by word and step by step, we start to practice the first, easy, simple movements, since dancing Tango is as easy as walking…Everyday movements are brought into this dance and almost without realizing it, we are introduced into the exciting world of Tango.
Intermediate level: This is the point where participants have gained the self-confidence to believe that they can dance the Tango, rather than simply following steps.
Advanced level: Participants dance Tango and seek to improve their moves by acquiring further techniques and precision.
I must highlight that the number of years dancing Tango does not equate to the standard of dance, since there is a great difference between teaching to dance the Tango, and simply teaching the dance steps.
